Banksy in Los Angeles "Parking"

With the premier of his film, “Exit Through the Gift Shop”, set to make it official debut this week, Banksy sightings have been popping up left and right. Earlier today we saw a “Guard on Duty” piece on La Brea Ave. and now another makes an appearance in Los Angeles.
