Spending his time between Paris and New York, the man behind Purple Fashion magazine, Olivier Zahm, launched Purple Diary almost a year ago. His pictures can be read as a guide to his favorite places: the Montana, the Brasserie Lipp, and the Cafe de Flore in Paris, Standard hotel and the Omen restaurant in NY. His diary, figurative as it is, complements the magazine and holds up a mirror to our times. For his first French exhibition at colette, Olivier Zahm has selected from more than 10,000 photos taken since 2005, his first for WOW and Purple Night magazines. The show launched today and extends through April 3rd, 2010.
