Another new model to report out of the visvim 2010 fall/winter is the SUNNEGGA HI LAMINA. Arguably a little flashier in its design, it features a high contrast toebox with zig-zag stitching and a noticeable suede patch along the ankle. Two tone laces also add an extra bit of punch to the overall design. Available now at HOSTEM.

    These are a ripoff of the 1947 climbing shoes by Emile BOURDONNEAU, designed with french mountaineer Pierre ALAIN to replace espadrilles for Rock climbing.

    Tried them yesterday, both construction & comfort are top notch.
    As for the design, it is mixable but ..the 2 tone detailing (3 tones with the sole) is really too much for my taste.

    Yeah…visvim always likes to streamline their whole collection…only problem with that is sometimes genres get mixed for the worse instead of the better
