Moncler V Lookbook

French luxury sport brand Moncler recently updated its website with the addition of a lookbook for the Moncler V Collection. Mostly revolved around a Fall/Winter theme, the looks encompass everything from outerwear, to knits, trousers, and accessories. On display as well is its collaboration with widely popular Japanese label visvim on a pair of classic Serra boots. Looks from the range can be seen below.

    The diamond patch you see on the bag above does still serve a purpose. It’s to add a strap to hold either an ice axe or spade.
    I’m liking the straps they added on the jackets to carry them when you’re not wearing it. Reminds me of Acronym’s stuff.
    Not a bad collection, would like to see more…

    the point of the diamond thing on the backpacks is to add additional straps onto the bag. originally, they were put on the bottom of the bag for a functional reason.. now it’s just aesthetic

    i believe the diamond thing’s original purpose was to be used as a hoop for u to put a name tag on the luggage/ backpack in case it gets lost or for travel purposes. but now the diamond is used for more as an acessory than anything
