Black Scale present the second part of the brand’s video lookbook for Spring/Summer 2011. Taking on more of a short film approach, we see the San Francisco brand catapult itself into another genre of streetwear evolution, leading the way into a different form of presentation of not only product but the entire lifestyle surrounding Black Scale.     We definitely had lots of fun working on this project and Black Scale is really doing it! Good to have a company that is willing to take a chance and try something different with their lookbooks.

    I think this video is amazing and a brilliant idea for a look book. Because the guy doing the voice over has such a close affinity with the brand the whole project comes across as genuine and real which is no mean feat. It’s also something that I am sure a great number of large creative agencies would be jealous of.

    I think this is one of the brands that hasnt brought anything new or better to the table, their design are played out and dull, as for its purpose, to many brands are claiming the same shit, wanna be better, be different and bigger than the rest, to me right now, this brand is the lamest one out there!!
