Designed to fuse styles of older and younger generations while drawing inspiration from “abandonment and renewal”, Swedish/Australian brand Mjolk’s latest collection unites the types of clothes worn during a man’s life. Starting with school uniforms, moving through rebellious years and ending life more conservatively, the Fall/Winter collection for this year will bring them all together. Not restricted to following different generations, Mjolk also follows cultural changes and takes particular note of the lives of the world’s great poets who lived and worked in Brooklyn’s Vinegar Hill including: Walt Whitman, Hart Crane, E.E. Cummings and William Carlos Williams. The collection features a host of contrasting textures, colors, and cuts to complete a well considered line.
