Since bringing designer Jeremy Scott on board for the adidas Originals by Originals designer collection, adidas Originals has benefited from a wealth of creative design. The avant-garde and forward thinking of Jeremy Scott has injected a new sense of creativity through many of adidas’ timeless classics. A new release for the spring features this metallic silver Three Tongue model. As the name suggests, three tongues are stacked onto each other as a not-so-subtle nod to the Three Stripes. I completely agree with smith. These would be very nice in a different color. I think a black, semi-gloss treated leather would be both classic and still very different (even if you had a white sole, it would still give a very adidas look). However, I’m sure the shoes would look much more CDG than Jeremy Scott after that.

I’m usually not a big fan of Jeremy (sorry Chris @ FRUITION, LOL), because of his over the top antics. And with being such an avante – garde tastemaker it’s allways either hit or miss. And with these shoes he absolutley fuct the game up. My personal vote for one of the best offerings in 2010.
