CLOT prepares to launch two stadium jackets for the Spring 2010 season, each pairing a mix of popular materials, including polyester, cotton, and leather to craft a couple of well-made outerwear pieces for the new season. A release is scheduled for January 20th via JUICE with a retail tag of $6,580 HKD (Approx. $848 USD). CLOT breaks down the inspiration for both jackets below.

Having a nice jacket seems to be a headache in winter and luckily the STADIUM JACKET by CLOT this time gives us a mix of the three materials which solves the troubles. The design of the STADIUM JACKET is simple and stylish with a story behind each colour. The navy one is originated from the memorable animation “Dragon Ball”. The print in front”CLOT CAPSULE CORP” and back is stimulated from the “capsule ball” in the animation which will pop something up unexpectedly . Wearing this jacket not only recalls the lovely old memory of “Dragon Ball” but also giving you the jaunty lifestyle.
On the other hand, the black STADIUM JACKET carried a stronger message behind. It continued the PBEAR Tee’s concept to raise the concern to environmental protection. This polar bear in front is designed especially for CLOT by renowned designer Eric So from Papamamason Limited. The wordings “I’M COLD” at the back is to represent our dream to have an icy environment for the polar bear to live.
