Jeff Koons recently opened his latest exhibition, entitled Sex and Banality, at the Serpentine Gallery in London. The show featured the American pop artist’s Popeye Series, referencing to the slightly parallel economic times of today with the Great Depression, in which Popeye was created to signify the mild persona of the average Joe. Sex and Banality runs through September 13th, 2009.
