eYe JUNYA WATANABE COMME des GARCONS x New Balance 576

For those familiar with this past season from eYe JUNYA WATANABE COMME des GARCONS, this New Balance 576 collaboration is a continuation of the collection’s outdoor and workwear theme. Featuring a reddish brown upper in full leather, the laces are distinctly on the workboot tip. By no means a ground-breaking design but something that compliments the rest of the collection this year. The eYe JUNYA WATANABE COMME des GARCONS x New Balance 576 is available now at the flagship store in Hong Kong’s Central district with a retail price of $1950 HKD (approximatley $250 USD).

[...] eYe Junya Watanabe Commes des Garcons maybe a mouthful to say but they in turn have created a sneaker that is an eyeful to spy. They connected with New Balance on this lovely pair of 576’s in full grain reddish brown leather. The construction boot laces helps to make the gum outsole pop and the overall design. These will are available in Hong Kong right now assumably in limited numbers. They retail for $250 but surely a pair or two will find their way into the states. Via HB [...]
