Red Bull BC One 2009 Video Recap

A recap to the 2009 Red Bull BC One breakdancing competition is seen here. The fiercely contested contest was highlighted by a final battle involving 2005 winner, Lilou from Algeria vs. the US’s Cloud. In the end, after all the dust had settle, Lilou was officially crowned the first ever two-time Red Bull BC One champion.

    Lilou was representating France, but his parents are from Algeria. He deserved to win even is cloud is a sick bboy.

    I was there- so amazing- but the best battle of the entire competition was Cloud vs. Differ – look that shit up…and yes that’s KRS, and yes Talib performed too, and yes 9th wonder and hi-tek were there and performed. true hip hop.

    Crazy skills! It’s more like gymnastics than dancing though. Oh and how can you have Salah as a judge? He was obviously biased towards Lilou because they are both French-Algerians! I mean, just look at his reaction when Lilou wins! Respect to all the dancers nevertheless!
