DJ Clark Kent has created a fictitious basketball team for Nike sportswear called the EAST Warriors to be part of his own collection for the brand featuring a AW77 Hoodie, NSW Tee, and a high-top AF1. DJ Clark Kent’s unconventional approach is reflected in his creation of a team, it’s mascot and logo.

The EAST Warriors collection will be unveiled at Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer this Wednesday the 25th of November, where DJ Clark Kent will be playing some tunes. There will also be a limited edition shoebox and NYC chenille patch inspired by the footwear and apparel from the collection. You can get you hands on the East Warriors from November 27th at most Nike stockists.

First the Oklahoma City Thunder steals the mascot, then NBA TV comes up with some top player list called “Weekly Warriors”, now NIke makes a “fictitious” basketball team called the Warriors? Newsflash, there is a REAL team called the Warriors. I know the team is the one of the most dysfunctional in all of sports, but please show the Golden State Warriors at least some respect.

Black with Knicks colors. I guess this is what happens when you run out of colorways or ideas, or both.
