On June 12th, 1970, Dock Ellis would become part of an elite group of Major League Baseball players to enter the books for pitching a no-hitter. However in a twist to the story, it was later revealed that the controversial pitcher had performed this remarkable feat under the influence of LSD. Paying homage to this interesting character, No Mas and James Blagden recount the story from the perspective of Dock Ellis in this cartoon titled The LSD No-No. The video is part fun, part commentary in regards to the current performance drug situation plaguing the MLB as Ellis can earn the title of getting things done not with steroids but a good ol’ acid trip.
