While the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star has seen more than its fair share of color and pattern changes over the years, actual modifications to the upper are a relative rarity. In a look here, the All-Star changes things up with the addition of two ankle straps. Perhaps the less often seen material on the All-Star, the upper comes in either all white leather or all black leather. Available at select Converse retailers including Leftfoot.

Great reincarnation of a classic. But photographed horribly, and on a cheap IKEA table? Ugh.
Strait crack. I like the two straps up high; everyone is doing the single thick strap from the yeezy, so these stand out. Beautiful modification of a classic.

clean and simple chuck…either color for me. black pics could’ve been better.

I would’ve done a single wider strap a litle lower than the bottom strap, pretty much in between the 2 top eyelets and the rest of the lower eyelets. also, leather toe cap and a ‘bone’ colored foxing/midsole for the white colorway.
overall however, i love the direction these are going to.
The silhouette itself is really nice, but all these shots make me want is a pair of all gray ones.
