Ari Marcopoulos Screenings | Hypebeast

UC Berkeley Art Museum & Pacific Film Archive (BAM/PFA) will be screening two distinct but related films from Ari Marcopoulos, who recently opened his “Within Arms Reach” exhibition at the same gallery (running through February 2010). Marcopoulos, a former assistant to Andy Warhol who has become a successful film artist in his own right, will take you through nearly 20 years of footage over two uniquely presented films, meeting with artists, skaters, snowboarders, musicians and more. The first film, “Black eyes and Blue skies” will be shown on November 11th, exactly a week before the second film “Loud and Clear”.
