Billionaire Boys Club launched a special diffusion line this season titled Space Beach. With it came a slightly different aesthetic from the main-line with its latest capsule of releases delivering this month. The October releases are arguably some of the boldest offerings yet as we see a strong visual presence. Pieces include the SPACE BEACH SHOOTING JACKET, the SPACE BEACH HOPI CARDIGAN, the SPACE BEACH LASER GUN JIP-UP CARDIGUN and finally the lone footwear offering, the SPACE BEACH CREEPER BOOTS. the majority of it is a bit too crazy…crazy than before actually…I cant see this collaborate well with other clothes….but honestly, that shooting jacket might just work….if the pink lines going through were the same color as the pockets…same with the shoulder cuffs, same color as pockets….change the color of the collar and shoulder pad to a darker brown to contrast the biege overall, with the BBC helmet logo imprinted on the shoulder pad…. change the color of the left arm patch to a royal blue…and then that might just work…ionno, i just like the shape of that jacket eyyy :P

You might hate it but it’s worth talking about and made an impression of some sort…I would wear that “Cardigun” shirtless at the beach here in Cali for winter

I just don’t get BBC or anything they do. If Pharrell wasn’t attached to it no one would have ever gave it a 2nd look. whatever…..

The first jacket was made under the influence of crack, bcuz only someone high would wear it. The second sweater is for my dog Gizmo. The third jacket is for after showers aka a robe. It shouldn’t be seen outdoors.

pharrel doesnt even rock his own gear anyore everytime i seee him its new balance or nikes and a white t let be real pharrel knows his brand is dead becase there commercial dudes who dont know about hipster is buyin it just because it says billionaire boys nd there rockin it wit pradas mad sloppy bbc is dead ill say it and ill say it again they do produce some nice things here and there but they need a come back season asap

Really? This is all for shits right? Like jokes? HAHA They can’t be forreal. I love N.E.R.D music but I will never rock their clothes. Its so blah

Whoa I agree I never talk shit about their stuff cause it usually still has a place. But what the fuck is going on here, I’m not talking shit, just saying I am genuinely confused. If you are going to continue to do conceptual shit you are going to have to do runway like Jeremy Scott cause no one will wear this probably not even Pharrell.

Absolutely heinous. I find this shit offensive. Only explanation could be someone trying to sabotage BBC from within.

hey, what a surprise, more hideous crap from bbc…

what’re those boots supposed to be, a red wing / creeper hybrid?

im a massive fan of BBC icecream and have stuck by them since day one. I even think its lame when people comment on how bad new releases are, but these items are ridiculously bad.

Could anyone honestly think of a situation whereby they would wear any of the items on this page?

  21. Posted by: Kellen 757 on October 21, 2009 at 2:38 pm

    meant to say WOULDN”T LoL

  22. Posted by: Kellen 757 on October 21, 2009 at 2:38 pm

this is horrible. Even if i was a billionaire i would rock this. Im from VA and a huge fan of ‘P’ and the whole Neptunes movement but WTF?!?

Am I the only one not digging this stuff. I mean yikes; It’s just a little to loud for me.

  24. Posted by: Gary B. on October 21, 2009 at 2:00 pm

Corny, this stuff will be played in one season ! Who is designer at BBC, they need to look up the definition of classic gear. Who can afford to buy disposable clothes in a recession?

  25. Posted by: UGLY BOOTS on October 21, 2009 at 1:55 pm

Unless Pharrell is making clothing for kids in japan (Which is not a bad idea considering japanese are cultish shopping addicts) US consumers will never touch his products unless there insane rabbit fans. It’s too damn cartoonish.

ahahhahaha…….its not even april 1st and jokes are being posted….right?
