All snowboard brands know that graphics play a major role at retail. Rome likes to give creative freedom to its artists, but at the end of the day, graphics need to match the brand and vibe of the board they’re intended for. Next winter, Rome is changing that with the release of the Addictive Collection, limited edition on art on select boards, bindings and boots. Three artists, Al Engelhart, Kyle Sauter and Erik Van Hauer each had complete creative freedom to put whatever graphic they wanted on a select set of Agent boards. While OG Rome Employee Michael Paddock designed the “Death of Creativity” binding and Libertine Mummy boot. Look for these to hit retailers for the 09-10 season.
