And even less are focused on gang culture. So it's not a New York editorial, or a glamourisation of NYC gang culture. Furthermore, Boogie isn't just some blow-in jumping onto the scene "like it's something new". Sure he hasn't been lurking since the 80's but look up where he came from - far tougher than New York ever was. Seriously, people need to look further than Hypebeast for their info. To those that couldn’t be bothered actually checking the article itself, or bothering to check the captions with the photos (author of this sub article included) – half the shots up there, even less in the article itself, are in NY.
