Tokyo-born-and-bred artist and illustrator Ryuichi Ogino continues to exhibit work both domestically and internationally with a new show at LeBasse Projects. This time around he brings us the latest in his ongoing series entitled “Idealistically Hypocritical 3″, combining elements of modernist illustration, text, sculpture and installation. The exhibition coincides with that of Hypebeast regular Edwin Ushiro, whose work is in the main room while Ogino is in the project room. The opening reception takes place on Saturday, September 12th between 7 pm and 10 pm.

    i love the way the first piece is painted it has alot of small details and texture. i also paint and my painting style is so similar to it :) but mine are mostly black white and grey and a dash of yellow splats and drips but in other words, keep up the great work!
