Manny Pacquiao x Nike “Lights Out” Air Trainer 1 – A Closer Look

A closer look into the latest collaboration between boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao and Nike offers even further excitement into their continued partnership. As previewed before, both parties linked up for a second sneaker design, this time focusing around a “Lights Out” theme on the Air Trainer 1, which pays tribute to his May 2nd knockout of British star Ricky Hatton. The sneakers, featuring a glow-in-the-dark motif and cultural references, look to release on September 25th, 2009 via Nike Park Fort in the Philippines.

    Doesn’t make any sense to JUST release it in PI. I’m sure it’ll be sold all over as well. Nike just might get a pleasant surprise as far as Pac’s marketing prowess.
