Adding another silhouette to their Fall 2009 lineup, PF Flyers introduce The Mercer, a banded dress court sneaker with a design-integrated hook-and-loop strap closure and classic styling. The kicks, featuring materials such as patent leather, perforated full-grain leather, and coated canvas, come in three different colorways, including a subtle white, black/white, and flashier grey/green/metallic silver option. All are now available through Leftfoot Singapore or via Zappos for US-based customers.

    People with no knowledge, james, need to stop dropping knowledge. The whites are beauties, the greys would be nicer without the green. Not really down with the white soles on the black ones, I’d like all black personally, even all black with that green on the bottom. Here’s to clean, affordable shoes!

    There’s also PF Flyers Astor, a hi-top with the strap over the laces (also on Zappos). Zappos’ pics don’t look that flattering though, at least not as much as all the promo shots – stopped me from wanting to buy them (I wanted the gold/brown metallic ones).
