A look into the September roster of releases from CASIO G-SHOCK offers a peek at a new DW-6900 watch alongside premier street label LRG. The timepiece follows a two-tone yellow/green colorway with hints of white on the backing and detailing.

    I will never understand the hype with the G-Shocks. Maybe I am becoming less of a hypebeast, and brand doesn’t mean that much to me anymore, but the faces on the G-shocks looks like a kids 50 cent digital watch.

    I don’t mean to undermine anyone’s style or preference, but I fail to see how this looks clean, especially with all the words written on them (ADJUST, MODE, START-STOP) and the awkward shaped face.

    I really want to appreciate these watches, but I don’t think they are worth the price (unless you need a DURABLE watch because you are a construction worker).
