i knew something was wrong when i saw UNION tees on pickyourshoes.com… DQM is gonna be following suit soon.. I was in the Tannery in Boston last month and saw DQM fitteds on the shelf.. the economy is murdering all these spots, they cant afford to be exclusive anymore

A lot of these comments are definitely comin’ from some young cats who don’t know the origins of any of these stores or brands. Either that or they’re just too retarded to even have researched the history of the brands that they rock. Case in point, all you kids who swear by Supreme…find out how the brand got started. You’ll be thanking a certain brand in a few minutes. Without it, there’d be no red boxed logo with white lettering. Believe that! Glad to see that Stussy’s reopening but, the Wooster location was definitely tight! Can’t wait to see how the new spot’s gonna come out!

I used to like the old union it felt like you had a better connection with the employees they
moved and I felt so out of place employees looking at you up and down I like when they were the first that had BBC and ice cream phenomenon etc. I say part of union going down was the cockiness they adquired over the years but oh well r.I.p union I hope they go back to basics

Back in the day Unions main brand was Stussy.

The owners of Union opens a Stussy store on Prince St.
Then the shop was moved to Wooster st.
When the lease on Wooster st ended the shopped closed.

Now the same people that have always owned both shops are moving Stussy to the Union space.

Part of history is economics.
Best of luck to the Union/Stussy family.
