With the Maloof Money Cup set to launch tomorrow, Nike SB works up a special package of their new Zoom Paul Rodriguez III. The kicks bring back the classic white/black colorway, with a hint of cement grey and red. Following most of the past P. Rod design features, the third installment features his PR monogram embossing on the upper panels as well as the traditional Zoom Air cushioning unit. A special release is scheduled for tomorrow at the Primitive Pop-Up Truck. Only 30 pairs (including the black version) with the wooden box will on hand starting at 12pm Noon. Each box will be signed by Paul Rodriguez during his signing session.

[...] In commemoration of today’s Maloof Money Cup in Costa Mesa, CA, Nike SB created a dope limited edition package for Paul Rodriguez’ new signature sneakers.  The Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez (P-Rod) III looks excellent in a clean white and black palette.  The shoes have touches of red, but the special wooden box emblazoned with Paul’s John Hancock is a simple black-on-white affair with a completely removable top.  A mere 30 pairs of these will be available when the Primitive Pop-Up Truck arrives at noon.  via HB [...]

I agree that these shoes dont look that sweet and probably arent worth the $100 you would pay for them, but i dont see why everyone has to talk shit on P Rod and Nike. I bet these shoes are fucking awesome for skating. All you fags that collect Nike SB’s and dont skate are fucking idiots. Go buy some Bapes or some Doc Martins.

I’ve never like the P-Rod’s. I think it’s the corniest Nike sneaker. I agree with gettin rid of that quilt pattern, it stinks. I feel it would look way better with out that pattern. I might like these in black.

The black / red colorway on these are fresh. It’s not a shoe for you steezeball style master queens. It’s a functional skate shoe.

that shoe is horrible, everything about the shoe sucks but PLEASE stop with the quilted pattern!!!

they don’t look skate friendly at all…too much leather, no suede and they look hot, heavy and not flexible.

I don’t know where I stand on them they look kind cool but they do resemble 6.0’s and that kinda kills it for me. No fat tongue is a negative as well. I think its safe to say that the P-Rod 1’s are still the best.

I agree with most that the shoe looks ugly, at least in this colorway. The tongue is pretty skinny and the side of the heel looks a bit too messy. I think they might look way better in the black suede shoes that he was first spotted wearing.Vulc’s what up anway these days. Adddida WHOA!

There is no Suede? How can a skate shoe be offered with no suede. Just like everyone else said, looks like nike 6.0 bmx shoes, expect a whole lot more from P. How could someone so dope sign off on these clown shoes? Third times isn’t the charm I see…
