As part of the promotions of the NEIGHBORHOOD “LUKER” collection, a scooter finds its way into the mix. Keeping in line with the aesthetics of the collection, the scooter features a simple all black paint-job with a LUKER logo on the front and sides.     Lambrettas are the best scooter ever., this one looks like a GP200 with really nice custom drop bars. From the looks of things it’s a scootrs scooter, I can tell by the pipe and that certain parts that should by chrome are painted black….
