Most notable for his fine work with J. Press and eponymous English footwear label, American designer Mark McNairy lends his hand to yet another footwear project, this time alongside Maine-based shoe makers Bass Weejuns. The outcome reflects McNairy’s style, keeping everything simple with a strong emphasis on material quality and construction. The collection, scheduled to hit accounts in the Spring/Summer 2010 season, will feature a variety of different silhouettes, mostly boat shoe and loafer models, all ranging from $300 to $3,675 (Alligator) in various classic and more contemporary color options.
