Amongst the many highlights at this week’s Agenda Tradeshow was a special capsule collection between leading Surf/Skate brand Hurley and iconic wool garment company Pendleton. The outcome combines the cool California spirit of Hurley with a classic Americana vibe, pairing Pendleton’s timeless fabrics within a collection that features flannel/plaid long-sleeve button-downs, M-65-influenced jackets, and various trucker caps, all utilizing the popular wool platform.

    Pendleton is dope, but this is a weak collaboration. Vans did it better. This is just Pendleton’s staple fabric with a label thrown on it. Shame on Hurley!

    Pendleton been using this material since my parent’s time, and why does it matter where a brand is sold if the clothing looks nice? Stussy started off in Target, now look how “down” they are.
