adidas Five-Two 3 Stripes Pack

The 3-Stripes are an integral part, not only of sports culture, but also popular culture globally. To celebrate “60 Years of Stripes” adidas have placed the stripes at the design forefront in this pack, and consequently, positioned the stripes as an all-encompassing element of the ever-evolving adidas heritage. Included in the pack will a version of the classic Superstar, Stan Smith, Samba, Nizza and Forum.
adidas Superstar
This navy and white version of the seminal Superstar design gets a canvas upper, carrying an all-over pattern inspired by this core visual element. Finished with suede detailing, a corresponding blue outsole and the now-familiar forefoot application, this is a respectful yet super-clean approach to a favourite.
adidas Stan Smith
Remade in a clean canvas, with a diagonal all-over pattern inspired by this core visual element, the Stan Smith gets tiny metal eyelets as a quieter approach to 3-Stripes before going all-out, with a louder take on the familiar green and white colourway, padded lining and plain toe to make this unique.
adidas Samba
The Samba isn’t traditionally blessed with canvas paneling or any form of recurring pattern, but in a black and white colourway, a more recognizable application of leather bolsters this fan favourite, while a block colour sole unit keeps it clean and wearable.
adidas Nizza
As the Nizza’s minimal looks are open to any number of reinterpretations, the zesty yellow application and foxing sits boldly in line with one of the best-loved makeups of this shoe. Here, the printed Stripes are perfectly suited to the versatility this ankle-high silhouette offers.
adidas Forum
Reworking this ankle-high Forum variation with a similar look on a canvas and leather blend upper is something very different, but deeply effective. Red and white certainly aren’t strangers to this mid-cut silhouette, and this take sees things coming full circle with added court flair.
