Japanese cult label Diet Butcher Slim Skin unveils their new lookbook for the 2009 Fall/Winter season, appropriately entitled Strange Birds. Although a bit unorthodox in their methods, the brand has found a niche in the contemporary market with a blend of highly sought after designer footwear coupled with superb apparel offerings, including a premium line of outerwear which could very well be the highlight of their Fall/Winter Collection.

    Ya know, to me it’s the same as with womenswear, not everyone can wear that skinny, Hedi Slimane cut well. I would have loved to see some sweetly destroyed, relaxed leg, trousers in there, but it’s not my line, so….
    That being said, I will fantasize about the trench with the feather print ’til fall or ’til DBS makes a women’s line (please).
