American footwear brand Alden release a brown colorway in their 379x Suede Plain Toe shoes. The shoes combine top notch construction with classic styling, and tonal suede uppers. Available now via ARKnets with a retail price of ¥73,185 (Approx. $744 USD).

    Damn, you guys really have no idea. Alden is AMERICAN, made in Massachusetts . . . These are a custom shoe made only for Museum Ark in Tokyo, therefore they will not be released to any other Alden accounts (as with any Alden account, you are able to make custom versions for your store). And Goodyear doesn’t make the outsoles, rather the outsoles employ a construction technique called Goodyear welt . . .

    It’s posts like this that really throw any credibility Hypebeast may have out the window . . . An idea would be for you guys to stop writing anything, and just post the photo and info where to buy the product. Then you won’t offer any misinformation that makes you look really, really dumb . . .
