Supra TK Society Tour: District 8 Release Recap

It looks like the new Supra Society might be stealing some shine from the popular Skytop silhouette. The shoe made its debut the other day at District 8 in Long Beach. With a line of a hundred people stretching down the box, fans were eager to give their cash away in exchange for a pair of Terry Kennedys signature kicks in both the previously seen colorways, black/red and purple. An actual retail release for the shoes is scheduled for May 17th, 2009, with the patent grey looking to make its debut in a couple of months.

    they going to sell no matter what because the name behind it. Just like jordans. people stand in lines for like 8 hours for 150 dollars shoes becasue its jordans not that it look good or not, because you cant say all jordans look good. But damn should of came out of some nice better colors and like other people said too many strapes. I thought it would lease be skateable but i guess not.

    I really like them. They’re skate shoes! they’re reinforced at the proper spots and they look original. Much less derivative than a shoe like the Yeezy. I’m happy everyone doesn’t like them. All the god stuff divides everyone down the middle and creates extreme responses of either LOVE/HATE. Peace!
