Inspired by their retail set-up of gradient neon mirrors and tube-light decor, Primitive’s Andy Netkin works up a new collabo t-shirt with Diamond Supply Co. The shirt features Diamond’s classic logo design, reworked in a gradient effect and tagged with the Primitive script on the backside. Only 150 shirts were produced with 75 being made available via the Primitive online store and 75 in-store. A release is slated for Saturday, May 23rd, 2009.

    Don’t hate, Primitive is a great shop. Owned by real skateboarders. Not like the majority of other fake ass stores and companies out in the world.

    you are retarded. that shop exterior MAY have been inspired by it, but a neon store front is NOTHING new. just because that Flavin guy did art instillations using neon lights doesn’t mean he’s the only one in all of history to use neon lighting on the facade of a business.

    if thats true then Flavin ripped-off every single neon sign in early americana decor. um yea
