    FAIL MANHATTAN….did you watch the video you linked?? He NEVER said he signed to anyone. Then there is a link to his twitter that just says “ROC…We running this rap shit”. HE’S NOT SIGNED DUDE. Trust me. I know that for sure. It’s all hype.
