The Brooklyn Museum give us a peek into a new exhibition from their Contemporary Collection, set to open in August. Amongst the participants will be photographer/artist Dash Snow, offering various black and white photography recently acquired by the museum.

Best known for his often candid Polaroid snapshots, Dash Snow has received much attention over the past few years. An elusive graffiti tagger turned visual artist and Whitney Biennial participant, Snow is part of a tightly knit group of downtown artists who turn life into art in the manner of artists such as Nan Goldin, Larry Clark or Wolfgang Tillmans.

I digg Dash snow. Dan Colen is cool too, I first noticed him from a vice cover that he did a couple years ago…I would love to spend a few days with them, Im sure that I would have the time of my life.
