Supreme x Nike SB “World Famous” Bruin

Previewed in great detail a little while ago, the Supreme x Nike SB Bruin finally readies itself for a release as we are offered a further glimpse into the revamped basketball style. Characterized as one of Nike’s earliest low-top basketball offerings, the upper is simple in solid-colored suede with leather on the heel. The Nike Swoosh in metallic materials offers a contrast highlight. A total of four colorways are available including white/red, green/gold, red/gold and black/silver. Releasing alongside the shoes are a series of cotton twill jackets which replicate the same slogan on the back. Available on Supreme NY and LA on April 16th with US online sales starting on April 20th. Supreme stores in Japan will release on April 18th.

    Dude, the reason why the US outsource to other countries is because of cheap labor. For example, china. China a good example of a country with cheap labor. IF you yourself have a brand and you want to make products, wouldnt you turn to countries that have cheap labor and you’ll be maximizing your profit or produce the brands in the US and get a very minimal profit.     Red/White pullover, gorgeous. Screams Supreme(clean/crisp style) without throwing a box logo in your face, perfect. Shoes are nice, but nothing I’d hunt/pay top dollar for.

    I agree with HopOff in most of what he said. Supreme like most other brands and companies, are contributing to a lot thats wrong in this country, namely: The out sourcing of Product Production that could and should be done here in the US but is instead done in China and in other countries. Think about it, look at the of the clothes that You are wearing right now… how many of them were made in the US? probably none of them. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not a patriot by far. However, I have come to notice that most, if not all, of the companies that we have come to KNOW and LOVE: ADIDAS, NIKE, STUSSY, VANS, SUPREME, TIMBERLAND,.. ect, which are US born companies are choosing to have their products produced abroad instead of hear in their country of birth. The problem with that, is it contributes to unemployment here in the US. This has become normal business practice for these companies in order to increase their profit margins, and the more we support such companies by buying their products the worst the problem will get.
    The President and his administration are talking about creating jobs. Well how do you suppose it is possible to create jobs without increasing production and how do you increase production here when most if not all of the companies are out sourcing production. Whatever F**K IT…You All don’t get it. Just keep consuming until it’s all gone!!!
