Reebok AF1 Technology

by L.A. Ruano, April 1, 2009

Reebok’s latest endeavor into the realm of Football (Soccer) technology results in their AF1 campaign for 2009. As best demonstrated by Manchester United’s Ryan Giggs and Olympic Gold medal sprinter Darren Campbell, the AF1 technology features a system entitled NASA (New Advanced Sports Aerodynamics), utilizing a chip within the ball and jersey to dispute goals. Looks like Reebok might have pulled out the April Fools card? We’ll have to wait and see.
