Cut-and-Sew: A Look Into the Works of Nash & Lazy

That’s certainly a major step. Are there any customizers, aside from yourself, whos work you admire?
I just dig a good sneaker regardless of it being a custom or not. I know my works are customs and I can’t really get away from that, but in my eyes I like to consider them an extended evolution of the real thing. As far as customs go, INSA’s signature graf looks crazy good on a pair of dunks, I-SAW has a dope style with his hand-etch technique and there’s this french guy who goes by Art Force 1, he does these Miami style prints on Chukka’s, BW’s and so on.
What else can we expect from Nash in 2009?
Well there’s a possible world tour towards the end of the year which may see me in LA, NY, Berlin, Barcelona, Paris, Tokyo, Melbourne and my home town of London. It still needs to be confirmed, so I have my fingers crossed but if it
goes through, it’ll keep me pretty busy. You’ll also see a couple of more
customs drop once I work out how to up my game. I’ve got something in the pipeline with Lacoste as I said before and with close friends Second Son. I am also currently working on the rebuild of my website and a few other projects in fruition stages that I don’t want to jinx by telling you about them just yet!
No doubt man. Any closing words?
I guess have to give big ups to the usual suspects. Allister Lee aka Alist, Woody (Sneaker Freaker), Eric Obre, Brett (DC shoes), Toni Garcia AKA1866, Mark Godwin (Lacoste), Rufus And Will (Second Son Clothing), Ry (Ryouki sneaker boutique) and my misses Sofi Donuts.
