Umbro: Tailored for Reed Space

With the talented and technically driven Aitor Throup at the helm for the design of Umbro’s latest national team kits for the English football team, Reed Space has partnered up with the iconic English brand for the US-launch of a new series of jerseys. Unlike the design of many other jerseys, the English National Team will sport special custom bespoke versions for their upcoming series of friendlies and qualification games. As well, the commercial version of the kits will also involve a different sizing utilizing chest measurements likened to suits and dress shirts. The jerseys will officially be unveiled on March 28th in which England plays Slovakia in a friendly. Reed Space/Annex has been given a special run of 50 kits each featuring a “Tailored for Reed Space” embroidery which will be available starting the 29th at the Reed Annex. As well Reed Annex will also be set-up to give a comprehensive run-down of the production and inspiration process. We’ll see if England will be able to add a second star beside the lonely one that sits atop the Three Lions crest next year…
