takashi murakami retrospective exhibition 1 Takashi Murakami Retrospective Exhibiton

Becoming a household name in the art-world, Takashi Murakami’s trademark superflat style has found itself a diverse number of fans. From the world of gallery art to more un-expected mediums such as skate decks, the artist has found a way to appeal to a mass audience. In an exhibition that has toured the world, a look into the final Spanish leg of the Takashi Murakami Retrospective exhibition can be seen here. His talents and iconic imagery is seen over both paintings and sculptures over his career. The exhibition runs until May at Bilbao’s Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.
