Coming on the heels of the well-received Medicom Toy Bearbrick that dropped late last month, here’s a look into OriginalFake’s 2009 spring/summer collection for March. The diverse collection set to drop this weekend at Invincible includes a marquee t-shirt release and quite a few tops and jackets. Also seeing a drop are two belt styles, a Chomper style and an XX style. Invincible in Taipei, Taiwan releases this stock on Saturday, March 7th while other stores have already released some of these pieces.

Well, the hoodies are reasonably priced at $250 and their fit is one of the better ones I’ve tried lately although it could be slimmer like Realmadhectic. The belts are $400+, and even the dress shirt is $300+, more than a hoody but with less utility!

    Even as an OF fan with a number of pieces (hoodies, Ts, beanies, hats, etc.) in my closet, it’s tough for one to justify the retail pricing (let alone reseller hikes) when I could get Burberry, Gucci, or Ferragamo items for similar or lower cost. Here’s hoping local boutiques put OF on sale!
