First of all, you are all posers, because if you were in SOCOM or JSOC, you would get these for free, and not be talking about how much they cost. If you want top be a cool guy, man up, and go to Selection. As for the Oakley’s… NO ONE in Special Forces or CAG wears them except for the rare occasions when we actually wear ACU’s. I have 6 pairs that were issued and have never been taken out of the box. We mostly wear civilian stuff that you can get at REI, and yes, we get it for free too.
Afghanistan is, has been, and always will be a special operations war. The rest of you just get in our way.

Yep…. your for sure a retard. Because first off I’m a self respecting combat soldier, and I’ve been “rocking” these for 2 tours in Afghanistan! No self respecting person would make an ignorant ass comment like that without having the proof to back it! These boots do not hold up as long as say the Oakley special forces boots, but the comfort is out of this world especially in Afghanistan where I have to constantly traverse rocky terrain! The life span is not that big of a difference in my opinion! I would gladly sacrifice the comfort and lightweight traits of this boot over any other boot available to service members, especially when you can get them at 130.00 and any other boot that comes close retails at 30.00 dollars or more! So…. I have to ask this question? Are you even in the military?
