etnies Rap | The Reincarnation of a Skateboarding Classic

by L.A. Ruano, March 30, 2009

Coming from the first skateboarder-owned footwear company, the etnies Rap was ahead of its time, a classic skate shoe like nothing else on the market at the time. Originally produced in three colorways, the kicks were some of the hottest joints within the skate culture. With the scene now as technologically sound as ever, etnies looks to bring back the Rap model in 2009 with the addition of several technical upgrades including vulcanized soles alongside mid/low cut models. Always insightful, this latest video from etnies showcases key inflencers including Sal Barbier, Natas Kaupas, founder Pierre Andre Senizergues and the always pleasurable VP Don Brown. Check it out!
