Boogie for Altamont 2009 Spring Collection
by Staff, March 18, 2009

Boogie started photographing rebellion and unrest in his hometown of Belgrade, Serbia in the early 1990s. In an unlikely twist of fate, he won a lottery visa to the United States. With just a camera and no money in his pocket, Boogie quickly found his new home in the ghettos of New York City. The images depicted in the Boogie for Altamont collection are photos he took for his first book, It’s All Good, which documents the lives of gang members and drug addicts around his home in Brooklyn / Bed-Stuy. The collection is now available through select Altamont retailers.

jim smith is angry.
Boogie is the best, too bad altamont is wack as hell. Not to mention they could have something more than take old photos and put em on the fronts of tees. I mean you’re working with one of the best photographers living right now and this is what you come up with? Especially when upper playground did it like this like 2 years ago.
