i really like the chocolate tee, but bbc and bape are definitely dying, and fast. if they dont get creative pretty soon im gonna lose faith. the only way theyll start being creative is if they start losing customers, but thanks to every kid on the block wanting some bbc, thats not gonna happen.

yeah, their design has been increasingly unimpressive as of late. and yeah, it’s not all that hip anymore, but it isn’t quite at lame/hood status yet seeing as how jay-z, pharrell, etc. still wear it…personally i’d prefer playcloths over bbc anyways

I dont see or hear to much about these companies anymore. Even when Hypebeast does a drop on them no one really comments anymore. Im guessing they are still big in Japan but not so big in the States. Now this may be different if you live near the BAPE or IceCream store locations, but overall I dont see anyone rocking their stuff anymore.

BBC and BAPE are overpriced (slightly.. just remember, their material quality is worlds better than most of those “cheap” brands out there), but their stuff is still good. I hate how people equate “expensive” with crap.
