For Spring 2009, FRUITION has curated a special assembly of archival graphic tees consisting of a medley of original hieroglyphic and tribal surf prints (original 80′s Maui and Sons tees) juxtaposed with Cassette Playa¹s visual imagery. Each tee was selected specifically for its innovative and forward thinking artistic design, bridging the historical references of the past into Cassette Playa’s design for the future. This intriguing collection expands the visual landscape of both labels street aesthetic. Less than 50 pieces will be available exclusively through FRUITION, releasing February 20th, 2009.
