While every inauguration is a particularly special occasion, there’s no need to discuss further the implications of January 20th when freshly elected Barack Obama assumes the role of one of the world’s most important super powers. To mark this one-in-a-lifetime event, UNDRCRWN do what they do best with the release of a caricature t-shirt. The shirt features two references, among them is hall of fame basketball player George “The Ice Man” Gervin as his participation keeps true to Undrcrwn’s basketball roots. The shirt features another important piece of American history with Abraham Lincoln, a political figure whom many have made reference to in Barack’s run to presidency. The Gettysburg address given by Lincoln back in 1862 is seen printed on the back of the tee and represents one of the American political realms most often quoted and powerful speeches. The shirt is available now at UNDRCRWN.com for a suggested retail price of $30 USD.

the idiocracy of you “hypes” is pathetic…first off this shirt is b.s. because the gettysburg address was b.s..Lincoln wasn’t directly against slavery…He was using it like Bush did Iraq…and Obama isn’t a “average man”… you “average men” have columbia degrees? or how about havard law? or married to a woman who went to harvard law? no? think before speak…

Nah, he’s only made history in a nation where black people couldn’t enjoy the most basic human rights until the 1960s.
