Lemar & Dauley x DC Shoes Double Label Project Admiral

Lemar & Dauley enter their latest footwear collaboration with familiar partners DC Shoes in what will amount to a February 1st release of the Admiral. With the various ocean connotations associated with the word Admiral, L&D take a literal approach designing two shoes featuring a regatta sailboat theme. Another concept working its way in is that of a urban dweller mixed meets easy-going beach dweller way of thinking. Subtle branding is seen on the heel as well as a hoiundstooth liner. Available starting February 1st with a suggested retail price of $150 USD.

props to the wiz’ comment…to all hatin on the shoe: DONT F***ING BUY IT THEN! and to get so called “technical”on those who say that its ripping off the sky: the skytop wasnt even the first for that high top look, it goes all the way back to converse “style” tops or even adidas top tens and prob.farther than that…that top look is hot right now (not because of the skytops either) so DC is doing what the people want. these are fire, the black colorway will be on my feet.TRUST

To put the supra hoopla knock off shit to rest. The Admiral was dropped at the same time with the SKYTOP back when supra advertised it as the Chad Muska pro skate model.
DC kept the Admiral limited and low key. Supra whored the skytop out because it was the only shoe selling for them. You are all sleeping with the same cheap whore and DC is keeping it classy with a VIP mistress!!!!

These are not Sky Top ripoffs. They look way better. They are way more classy looking. I have the newest pair on my feet right now. The only reason you guys fuckin say that shit is because youre all following the trend of fuckin Supra. Cause theyre a big thing right now. Yeah there are some sick supras out there but not all of them. Every DC shoe in the Lifestyle Collection is limited to at most a 500 pair run. Most dont even make it that far theyre not mass produced like supras. Get your own style and fuckin like whatever you want to like and whatever you think is hot. Dont fuckin sit here and hate on shit.

Looks a lot like the Supra Skytops, but that’s probably more of a knock on DC than it is on L&D. The sole on the gray ones is hot. The black houndstooth tongue looks off, though. It fits with the black version but doesn’t look like it belongs on the gray. The brail on the metal plate is actually a good addition.
