Japanese footwear brand CAUSE had a big year in 2008 with a nice assortment of releases as well as a further introduction to the US market. Founded in 1996 by Hiroaki Masuda, CAUSE consistently take classic, well known silhouettes and add their own touch of superior craftsmanship with an emphasis on textiles, comfort and over-all durability. Sneaker Freaker recently caught up with Masuda for an insightful interview regarding the brand and some of their finest creations to date.
