New Balance offer one of their best colorways of 2009 (so far) to a collaboration project alongside designer fashion label Almond. Utilizing the well-received 1500 model, the sneakers churn out a nice balance of colors in buttery suede panels along with white midsoles and gum bottoms. There is no word yet on a release date, but the sneakers will be tagged for ¥27,300 (Approx. $302 USD) and hopefully will see a US release.

    to Oyster & Ty … Totally right on dude … NB is most comfortable sneakers comparing to Nike or Bape… they are hype over quality… too bad getting nice NB 1500 are very hard…

    I’m with Oyester. As for consequences COMNMENT, I say Phooey! No one Buys NB’s because of the name….NB Make better and more comfortable shoes. Bapes are just Flavors of the month, Once they are no longer In Fashion the Brand will die. Ask Karl Kani, Cross Colors, Troop, Etc.,I’d pay $500 For some nice NB’s before I pay ANYTHING for a Bape. The next time you see Bape or Nike make some Handmade shoes Call me tho!

    Bapes go for $300 because of the name. And if I were going to buy shoes solely based off the name I’d much rather buy some Bapes than some NB’s.
