
Putting together their creative energy into yet another project, master milliner Stephen Jones and Rei Kawakubo led Comme des Garcons introduce their new collaborative fragrance. Having already been a goal of Jones, the design effort made for quite a natural fit with direction from Jones and production by CDG. The scent is described as “A violet that hits a meteorite”, which surely makes it all that much more desirable. Retail will be $150 USD with Seattle-based retailer Blackbird now having the fragrance in stock.
